Methamphetamine possession leads to several arrests in Colfax

COLFAX, La. (WNTZ) – A series of investigations by the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office led to several recent arrests on drug-related charges, authorities said.

Bryan Waldron, 36, of Pineville, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Colby Vance, 34, of Ball, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and contempt of court.

Kwivarius Williams, 34, of Colfax, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice.

Kelvin Eason, 34, of Colfax, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, obstruction of justice and littering.

Kevin Cooper, 29, of Georgetown, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The sheriff’s office said all suspects were booked into the Grant Parish Jail.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
