Merrill Steel will build its fourth manufacturing facility in Osceola, Arkansas, investing more than $32 million and creating 108 new jobs over three years.
The company’s new facility will be at the former Denso Manufacturing Arkansas site in Osceola.

Merrill Steel, founded in 1962, chose chose Mississippi County for its next location due to state and local partnerships and access to raw steel. It has other facilities in Wisconsin, Missouri and Iowa.
Arkansas Gov. Sara Huckabee Sanders said in a news release that Mississippi County is “the top steel producing county in America.” The area is home Big River Steel, U.S. Steel, Nucor Steel, Nucor-Yamato and other related industries.
