Forbes names top employers in Arkansas for 2025
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Forbes has named the top in-state employers for 2025 — here’s who made the list in Arkansas.

The “America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025” rankings are based on surveys of more than 160,000 employees nationwide, according to Forbes. Workers were asked to rate their employers on pay, workplace culture, advancement opportunities and how companies respond to issues like harassment.

In Arkansas, aerospace and defense contractor Lockheed Martin landed the number one spot, followed by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and PepsiCo. Amazon, Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Washington Regional Medical Center also made the top 10.

Forbes worked with Statista on the rankings, which recognized more than 1,400 companies nationwide. No company pays to be included, according to Forbes.
