For years, the local grocery chain has operated its offices out of Revolution Hall in Southeast Portland. Now they plan to move to the Electric Blocks in Central Eastside.
Electric Blocks is an office campus owned by Killian Pacific at 120 SE Clay Street. The New Seasons headquarters will be located on the second floor.
“We’re proud to welcome New Seasons to the Electric Blocks. The opportunity to bring the headquarters of a beloved local neighborhood market to the Electric Blocks is an incredibly exciting opportunity for our tenants, our campus, and the vibrant Central Eastside,” said Michi Slick, Principal at Killian Pacific. “This is also a great win for Portland. Companies choosing to stay and invest in the Central City is exactly the kind of momentum we need.”
Folks on the Central Eastside Industrial Council say they hope the move will bolster the area’s economy with a new local business in the mix.
“New Seasons’ move brings meaningful momentum to the Central Eastside,” said Executive Director Carolyne Holcomb with the council. “It’s a strong signal of confidence in our district, and a positive step in the continued resurgence of Portland’s urban core.”
The move is expected to begin in November 2025.
