HAGERSTOWN, Md. (DC News Now) — Back-to-school season is a good time to settle into worthwhile and healthy routines, like getting regular exercise.

In the Hub City, the Hagerstown Field House is rolling into the fall season with a host of physical fitness options for the fall season and colder winter months to follow.

“We’ll offer sports, soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, possibly cheerleading,” said Julie Redding, general manager of the Hagerstown Field House. “And we’re waiving our enrollment fee for anyone wishing to purchase a fitness membership.”

Redding says a regular fitness routine is a great way to unwind and decompress from all the stress of keeping up with the regimented demands of the school year calendar.
