Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office shares recent arrests; insurance fraud, aggravated battery

LEESVILLE, La. (WNTZ) – Sheriff Sam Craft of the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office announced several recent arrests made by deputies between Aug. 14 and Aug. 17.

On Aug. 14, deputies arrested Raven Fisher, 20, of New Llano, on three counts of aggravated battery. Bond has not been set, and Fisher remains in the Vernon Parish Jail.

On Aug. 15, Reggie Alan Fee, 27, of Pitkin, was taken into custody on an out-of-jurisdiction warrant from Rapides Parish. Fee remains in the Vernon Parish Jail awaiting transfer.

That same day, deputies arrested Patrick Lee Stracener, 35, of DeRidder, on charges of insurance fraud, filing or maintaining false public records, and criminal conspiracy. Bond has not been set, and Stracener remains in jail.

On Aug. 17, deputies arrested Richard Hayden Myers, 26, of Leesville, on charges of criminal trespass and resisting an officer. His bond was set at $2,576. A detainer from the Louisiana Department of Probation and Parole was also placed on Myers, who remains in custody.
