FRACKVILLE – A Lancaster man was flown to a Lehigh Valley hospital after a crash near Frackville Saturday evening.
The crash happened around 8pm Saturday on Skyline Drive in New Castle Township, the Route 61 grade between Frackville and Saint Clair.
State Police at Frackville said Russell T. Wilson, 39, of Lancaster, was headed south on Skyline Drive on a 2005 Yamaha motorcycle when he lost control in a left-hand corner and rolled the bike.
Both Wilson and his passenger, 46-year-old Sara Labelle, of Lancaster, were injured. Wilson was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest near Allentown while Labelle was taken to a Pottsville hospital.
Shenandoah EMS and Frackville EMS responded along with Frackville Fire.
