At least once a month, Robinson’s Rescue hosts SSNIP voucher events at various locations throughout Shreveport-Bossier. The latest one was held at the Cedar Grove library.
These events aim to register individuals in need of spay and neuter services. Eligibility is limited to individuals earning $2,100 or less per month or married couples earning $3,100 or less per month. If you meet the requirements, the surgeries are provided free of charge.
On voucher days, you can receive assistance with paperwork, ask questions, and initiate the process. You must bring a valid photo ID and Proof of Income.
Representatives from Caddo Animal Services, Bossier City Animal Control, and Nova’s Heart Animals Support Services also attended to share information on their respective programs.
