PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — 32 people were rescued after being trapped on a Six Flags America ride Saturday, according to the Prince George’s County Fire and EMS Department.

Crews responded at 3:25 p.m. to the 13700 block of Central Avenue in Largo to reports of multiple people stuck on a ride.

There, 32 people were safely removed from the ride in roughly 30 minutes, with 14 people being medically evaluated.

Crews say one person was transported with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries unrelated to the incident.
