Yazoo City man sentenced for statutory rape

YAZOO CITY, Miss. (WJTV) – A Yazoo City man was sentenced after being convicted of one count of statutory rape.

The Mississippi Attorney General’s Office announced Adrian Jamaal Hill was sentenced on August 4, 2025, to 27 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with 12 years to serve and five years supervised probation upon release.

Hill was also ordered to pay $1,000 to the Mississippi Children’s Trust Fund and $1,000 to the Victims of Human Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation Fund. He will have to register as a sex offender upon release.
