The department held the checkpoint from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. in locations that were determined based on data showing incidents of impaired-driving-related crashes.
Police stopped 62 people, issued 30 citations, 25 of those citations were for unlicensed drivers and four were for suspended licenses.
