A dozen of national and local chalk artists will transform Reaney Street out front of Subaru Park in Chester with both 2D and 3D chalk masterpieces.
“One thing Delco does not lack is asphalt so this kind of concept we think really resonates with the Delco community. We feel like it has an opportunity to really grow and become something people will come to Delaware County for and check us out,” said Rob MacPherson, Executive VP of Visit Delco.
One of the featured artists will be Erik Greenwalt, “The Chalking Dad,” who created this piece of Saquon Barkley’s iconic backwards hurdle outside of PHL17.
The event is FREE and runs Saturday, August 16th from Noon to 6 PM and Sunday, August 17th from 10 AM to 3 PM. For more information, visit Visit Delco’s website here.
