Man shot in East Germantown; weapon recovered

(WPHL) — A man is in the hospital in critical condition after he was shot in East Germantown on Wednesday evening.

Philadelphia Police say he shooting occurred on the 5900 block of Magnolia Street at 5:59 p.m.

The male has multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body and was transported by police to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.

Police recovered a gun, but no motive has been determined, and no arrest has been made.
