CHICAGO — A man on an e-bike was cited after crashing it early Thursday morning on the Kennedy.
Illinois State Troopers responded to northbound lanes, just south of the Montrose exit, at around 1:10 a.m. on the report of a man in the roadway.
A man was on an e-bike, lost control and then struck a construction barrel.
He was transported to a local hospital with injuries. Authorities also cited the the man.
No other information is available at this time.
