(KRON) — A man was arrested and accused of selling illegal drugs at Golden Gate Park during last weekend’s Outside Lands festival, the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) announced in a press release.

Around 3:40 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 8, officers were dispatched to Fulton and 26th Avenue — just outside the part of the park where the festival took place — about an individual selling illegal narcotics, according to SFPD.

Despite a brief struggle, officers detained the suspect without further incident. U.S. Park Rangers assisted in detaining the suspect. The suspect was identified as Miles Vivirito, 25, of Frazier Park (Kern County).

Vivirito was booked into the San Francisco County Jail for three counts of suspected ecstasy possession for sale, possession of ketamine for sale, possession of LSD for sale, resisting arrest and parole violation.

A week earlier during the Grateful Dead concert series, officers seized 100 nitrous oxide tanks at Golden Gate Park in connection with suspected drug use.
