BARDSTOWN, Ky. (FOX 56) — A judge has granted permanent custody of Crystal Rogers' son to Brooks Houck's sister. According to court documents obtained by Louisville FOX affiliate WDRB, Judge Joe Ballard signed an agreement giving Rhonda McIlvoy full custody of Rogers' and Houck's 12-year-old son Eli.
