Following the shooting, the gunmen fled the scene.

After the shooting, the driver of the vehicle attempted to take the victims to the hospital while a passenger called 911. Officers then caught up with the vehicle at the intersection of Randall Road and Broadsmore Drive in Algonquin.

After finding the victims, officers began administering life-saving measures before they were taken to the hospital.
