(BCN) — Police in Fremont are asking for the public’s help to find a missing “at-risk” man who was last seen Tuesday night.
Nelson Palacios, 45, was reportedly last seen near 207 Avenida Palmdale at about 10 p.m. Palacios is nonverbal and has health issues, the Fremont Police Department said in an alert.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or contact the department at 510-790-6800.
