Foulk Living offers support to those with Alzheimer’s

One local senior living community that works closely with long-term memory care is taking action in the fight against Alzheimer’s Disease.

Foulk Living in Wilmington, Delaware is hosting a number of upcoming events for the community to get involved.

“Currently there’s approximately seven billion cases of Alzheimer’s Dementia in the nation. By 2050, it’s supposed to double so it’s super important that we are developing specialized training and programs that help meet their unique needs,” said Leslie Johnson, Executive Director.

Upcoming events include a Casino Night Party, Bake Sale, Fish Fry, Sip and Paint and outdoor Halloween Movie. One of the biggest events being the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
