August is National Rum month and Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar is holding true to its name and hosting specials throughout the month. Customers can sip on a Hemingway daquiri for just $10 all month and enjoy complimentary rum tastings Thursday from 5 to 6:30pm. Influences from all south America inspire the scratch made food, including the Cuban sandwich sliders. Paladar recently launched its 610 Social, a late-night lounge with DJ every Friday and Saturday.
