Locally, the weather has been anything but friendly to fliers. After a stormy weekend, another round of showers and thunderstorms is sweeping through the Charlotte area. This pattern will continue through midweek, with the chance for 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rain before things dry out.
If you’re heading to the airport, check your flight status before leaving home and allow extra time for potential delays.
