A woman is dead after a crash with a semi in East Grand Forks on Thursday morning.
The Minnesota State Patrol said that at 9 a.m., a Chevy Equinox was going west on County Road 17 and a semi-truck was going north on Highway 2 when the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Equinox, 67-year-old Kathy May Wimpfheimer, died as a result of the crash.
State Patrol said the driver of the semi suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
