Garages of America: Own your dream car garage in the Metroplex

CARROLLTON, TX (KDAF) – There are luxury car garages across the metroplex that you can buy where you’re surrounded by a community of other car lovers.

Garages of America are luxury car garages you own. In 2019, Garages of America opened an Allen location with 77 units that quickly sold out. Since then, they’ve opened other locations and created a Phase II in Allen.

“Our luxury garages are different from most storage options in that you buy the unit and can finish it out to your taste and desired usage,” said Mark Scott with Garages of America. “Rather than paying rent every month, you own the unit and it becomes a financial asset. There is also a lifestyle component for most of our owners because they like to gather and network with like-minded individuals who share their passions for classic and exotic cars.”

Each garage is climate controlled, has a second floor, and is outfitted for a shower, bathroom, and sink. Instead of this being a storage facility where your cars sit unused, this is a community where people come and enjoy being surrounded by other car lovers. They host events every month called Garages & Gearheads where the community can come check out the garages and show off their own cars as well.
