Walnut Creek Police Department officers responded to the alleged beating on the 1900 block of Tice Valley Boulevard around 11 p.m. At the scene, officers found the victim suffering from significant injuries.
“Officers learned four female suspects had assaulted the victim, stole some of his personal property and then fled the scene in a vehicle,” Walnut Creek PD said.
With help from witnesses, officers allegedly found the getaway car a short time later and arrested all four suspects. Police arrested 18-year-old Antonina Abdulwajid of Concord, 18-year-old Jaycee Behnke of Concord, a 17-year-old girl from Walnut Creek and a 15-year-old girl from Walnut Creek in connection to the crimes.
“Witnesses to the crime provided valuable information and officers were able to leverage technology to confirm the suspect vehicle,” Walnut Creek PD said.
The two adults were booked into Martinez Detention Facility. The two minors were booked into juvenile hall.
The crime remains under investigation.
