New initiatives launched to protect Kentuckians from scammers

KENTUCKY (FOX 56) — As scammers continue to target all kinds of Kentuckians, Gov. Andy Beshear announced a new website to fight back.

The website is StopScams.ky.gov. The governor said it’s going to serve as a one-stop resource on how to spot scams as well as ways to report those scams.

There are even going to be resources for recovering what was lost should someone become the victim of a scam.
