COVINGTON, La. (KLFY) – A Covington man was arrested on August 7 for possession of child sexual abuse material and sexual abuse of an animal, according to the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation.
Joshua Frank, 31, was taken into custody following a joint investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was made after agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
