According to the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT), the closure will take place from 7:00 p.m. on August 8 until 6:00 a.m. on August 11. This will affect the roundabout at Old Brandon Road, State Route 475 and International Drive in Rankin County. Crews will conduct asphalt paving in the area.
Old Brandon Road eastbound, International Drive (north and southbound) and State Route 475 southbound exit lanes will be open to allow traffic to successfully enter and leave the airport.
Only westbound Old Brandon Road traffic will not have access to the Jackson airport, but they will be able to utilize the roundabout by traveling eastbound and turning around at the crossover just east of the roundabout, which will be channelized.
