According to the Office of the Camden County Prosecutor, the 70-year-old Robert Galasso, 38-year-old Donald Winter, 59-year-old Michael Cummings, and 25-year-old Joseph Donohue II were arrested in July.
Galasso was charged with 3rd-degree Possession of CSAM. A cyber tip led detectives to
a Microsoft Bing account used by Galasso. Detectives also located a USB flash drive full of material owned by Galasso.
Winter was charged with 2nd-degree Distribution of CSAM, 2nd-degree Possession
with Intent to Distribute CSAM, and 2nd-degree Possession of CSAM (more than 1,000 images).
Detectives received a tip leading to Winter’s Kik account that he used to possess and distribute material. Forensic searches of multiple electronic devices located other materials.
Cummings was charged with 3rd-degree Possession of CSAM.
A cyber tip led detectives to a Synchronoss account used to possess CSAM. A forensic search of his cell phone revealed CSAM.
Donohue was charged with 2nd-degree Distribution of CSAM, 2nd-degree Possession
with Intent to Distribute CSAM, and 3rd-degree Possession of CSAM.
A cyber tip led detectives to his Kik account used to possess and distribute CSAM.
All of the men are being held at the Camden County Correctional Facility.
