3 hurt in crash on I-485 Outer ramp lanes near I-85
CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A crash shut down two of the three left ramp lanes on I-485 at Exit 10A to I-85 in west Charlotte on Friday afternoon.
The closure is causing traffic delays. The affected area is on the Outer Loop near mile marker 10. NCDOT expects the lanes to remain closed until around 3:12 p.m.
Medic confirmed with Queen City News that three people were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation at this time.
