(KRON) — The San Jose Police Department is looking for a suspect in a homicide that took place earlier this year who remains at large. SJPD responded just before 4 a.m. on April 1 to a residence in the 90 block of Sunset Court on a report of a shooting.

Arriving at the scene, police located a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.

The suspects, who were unidentified at the time, fled before police arrived.

The SJPD Homicide Unit launched an investigation and identified five suspects:

  • Lawrence Eti, 36, of San Jose
  • Rodolfo Lopez Pinon, 34, of San Jose
  • Irma Ordonez, 27, of San Jose
  • Michael Tran, 43, of Las Vegas
  • Kevin Le

Detectives obtained arrest warrants for all five suspects. Eti and Ordonez were located on June 3 in the City of San Jose and arrested. Pinon, police said, was already in custody for an unrelated crime and subsequently booked on murder charges.

Tran was located and arrested in San Jose on July 14.

Kevin Le (SJPD)

All four suspects were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail for murder. Only suspect Le remains at large. The SJPD Homicide Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating and apprehending him.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the San Jose Police Department.
