Victim hospitalized after overnight assault at Abilene bar

Abilene police say officers were called to Cabaret Club on the 1900 block of Butternut Street around 1:20 a.m. Tuesday and found a victim lying on the ground suffering from head injuries.

This victim was hospitalized and his current condition has not been disclosed at this time.

Officers are now investigating this as an incident of assault and no arrests have been made.
