The app also provides quick access to resources like the LDI Storm Claim Center and Consumer Services contact information.
“With the peak of hurricane season just around the corner, the new tools available on the LDIConnect app put important resources directly into your hands,” said Commissioner Tim Temple. “I encourage every Louisiana resident to download or update the app today.”
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has predicted an above-average 2025 Atlantic hurricane season with 13 to 19 named storms, six to 10 of which are forecast to become hurricanes, including three to five major hurricanes. Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30.
