DALLAS (KDAF) — Texas is the second most Pokémon obsessed state, according to a new study.

The experts at Pinnacle analyzed resale data from TCG Player to identify the most valuable Pokémon cards, and also utilized Google’s Keyword Planner to reveal which US states are generating the highest search interest in finding valuable cards.

The state with the highest online interest in valuable Pokémon cards is California, with an estimated 14,800 searches a month. Texas followed in second place with 9,900 searches.

Both Vermont and Wyoming have the lowest online interest, with just 170 average monthly searches.

Certain rare Pokémon cards can be worth as much as $2,000.
