Jambalaya fundraiser set for Baton Rouge police officer
BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is calling on the community to come out and support one of their own.
A jambalaya fundraiser will be held for Sgt. Caleb Eisworth from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, at The Jambalaya Shoppe on Magnolia Beach Road in Denham Springs.
Supporters will get jambalaya, two sides and a roll for $12. This is a cash-only event.
