The victim’s mother, Brenda Wedge-Boyd and her husband Matthew, want justice and the person who killed their son to turn themselves in to police.

“And for someone to hit him and it was daylight it was 6:20 a.m., it was light outside and it wasn’t dark, and you leave my child on the street and so that hurt. I just want them to turn themselves in and deal with the consequences,” said Wedge-Boyd.
