Parks and Recreation partnered with the City’s Economic and Sustainable Development Department to host “Stay Cool Bloomington Days”, which offered free pool admission on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays this summer when the AccuWeather RealFeel® temperature forecast reached 90 degrees or higher in Bloomington. A total of 17 Stay Cool Bloomington Days brought 16,881 swimmers to Bryan Park and Mills pools. The Stay Cool Bloomington program concluded Aug. 3.
