The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) reports that the incident occurred on Friday around 1:30 a.m. on Corps Road 2.
They say witnesses saw the speeding motorcycle traveling north when the driver left the road and hit a guardrail. 19-year-old Kyron Richardson and a 16-year-old female passenger were thrown from the motorcycle.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Nancy Tally, according to Texas DPS.
The investigation is ongoing.
