Eaglet in critical condition after falling from nest in Grandview Heights

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — An eaglet is in critical condition after it fell from its nest in Grandview Heights, according to the Ohio Division of Wildlife.

The eaglet, named Star, was found in distress by observers. Ohio Division of Wildlife staff responded and provided care for the bird, which was taken to the Ohio Bird Sanctuary, a spokesperson said.

Star remained in critical condition on Monday morning, but is standing without assistance and is receiving care.
