Colts introduce new food, beverage options for upcoming 2025 season
INDIANAPOLIS — Are you planning on attending an Indianapolis Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium this season? The Colts, along with Sodexo Live!, are introducing new food and beverage options that will fuel fans as they cheer for the team.
This year’s food and beverage offerings are curated under Sodexo Live!’s Executive Chef David Dyrek, celebrating the best of Indiana. According to a news release, the dishes and other offerings blend locally sourced, sustainable and diverse ingredients.

“Each new season gives us a fresh opportunity to elevate the gameday experience, and a thoughtful food and beverage program is a key part of that,” Roger VanDerSnick, the chief commercial officer for the Indianapolis Colts, said in the release. “With our continued partnership with Sodexo Live!, we’re confident fans will enjoy these new offerings that serve up a taste of Indianapolis and Indiana.”

Reuben Sausage: Old Major Market’s Reuben sausage, bacon sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, LocalFolks Foods stone ground mustard and brioche sausage rolls.
Banana Split Mousse Cups: Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry mousse topped with bruleed bananas, whipped cream and cherries.
Games will also feature specific gameday matchup cocktails. During the Aug. 18 preseason game against the Green Bay Packers, fans will be able to purchase the Lambeau Lemonade, a cocktail that features vodka, melon pucker schnapps, lemonade and Sprite with a lemon wheel. On Oct. 28’s game against the Tennessee Titans, the team will offer a Bourbon Sweet Tea cocktail, featuring bourbon, sweat tea, lemonade and peach schnapps with a mint sprig and a fresh lemon wheel.
“This season’s culinary program is a reflection of our team’s creativity and passion,” Carmen Callo, the SVP and corporate executive chef for Sodexo Live!, said in the release. “We’ve designed an experience that speaks to all fans, whether you’re cheering on your first game or your hundredth. We look forward to seeing which new dishes become fan favorites this year!”
