Somerset-Pulaski County EMS told FOX 56 that on July 25, a child attending the county fair was hit in the head by “a wheel that came off of a ride.” The boy was taken to the University of Kentucky Medical Center for treatment and monitoring.
A little over a week later, Thompson & Thompson Attorneys at Law announced that their office is representing the family affected.
“We are looking for individuals that can present eye witness testimony, and/or pictures or video of the wheel/object,” the law office wrote.
