Man dies after drowning in Lake Michigan near Museum Campus

CHICAGO — A man’s body was pulled Saturday evening from Lake Michigan near Museum Campus in Chicago, according to police.

Chicago Police Department’s Marine Unit recovered the man, who hasn’t been identified, at around 7:15 p.m. in the 500 block of East Waldron Drive.

He was transported to Northwestern Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Area detectives are still investigating this incident.
