(KRON) — A man clinging to the rocks in Lake Merced was rescued by firefighters with the San Francisco Fire Department Saturday evening.
Firefighters responded to a call for a water rescue at Skyline Boulevard and Harding Road near the Lake Merced Boathouse.
“Paramedics from the San Francisco Fire Department are currently assessing the individual,” SFFD said in a statement at 6:38 p.m.
The man was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
