31-year-old man killed in hit-and-run overnight in Grand Crossing, according to Chicago police
CHICAGO — A 31-year-old man was killed in what Chicago police say was a hit-and-run accident overnight in Grand Crossing on the city’s South Side.

According to police, officers responded to the unresponsive man just before 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 7600 block of South Stewart Avenue, a preliminary investigation indicating the incident was a hit-and-run.
The man was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
