NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department responded to a bomb scare in the Lower Garden District of the city on Friday morning, Aug. 1.
According to the NOPD, a man was upset with service he received at a location in the 1700 block of St. Charles Avenue. He allegedly called and threatened to harm the employees of at the location and blow of the building.

Police say that, on scene, the suspect wasn’t found, and neither were any devices substantiating his threat.
