CHICAGO (WGN) – A woman has died after being hit by a vehicle in Thursday evening in Englewood.
Chicago police said the crash happened just before 7 p.m. in the 6300 block of South Morgan Street.
According to police, a woman was hit by a Chevrolet vehicle and taken to University of Chicago Hospital where she died.
The driver of the Chevrolet was taken into custody and charges are pending, according to investigators.
The investigation is ongoing.
