OPD said the two cars are from San Jose and Salinas but did not disclose details on the suspected car owners or any forthcoming charges.
“As part of OPD’s Summer Safety Plan, we remain committed to addressing illegal sideshow activity that threatens public safety,” said police in a social media post. “Our investigators are actively working to identify those responsible for criminal behavior and participation in these events.”
