New Driver Service Bureau location opens in Jackson
JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – The Mississippi Department of Public Safety (MDPS) held a ribbon cutting for the new Driver Service Bureau location in Jackson on August 1.
“I can’t say enough about the men and women that work for the Driver’s Services Bureau Division. The steps that they have taken to improve an average wait times across the state are below 30 minutes. When we took office, it was three hours,” said MDPS Commissioner Sean Tindell.
The new Driver Service Bureau is located at 430 State Street in downtown Jackson.
