There’s a growing concern that AI could replace certain jobs.
Becky Krieger with Accredited Wealth Management says now is the time to learn to work with AI, not against it.
“Embrace AI and think of it more as a friend than a foe,” Krieger said.
She says they’ve incorporated using note-taking with AI, freeing up the time to do what AI can’t.
“Lean into areas that AI can’t disrupt,” Krieger added, highlighting things like improving interpersonal skills, conflict resolution techniques and adding personal touches.
“Anything that has to do with building relationships, AI can’t replace,” she noted.
