Haven Williams, 18, of Franklin, is charged with three counts of attempted second degree murder and one count each of attempted first degree murder, theft of a motor vehicle, aggravated criminal damage to property, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, and disturbing the peace by violent and tumultuous manner.
Franklin Police said they responded Monday to calls of shots fired in the area of Ninth Street. No other details were released.
Williams was also arrested on an oustanding warrant dated April 16 for hit and run driving, reckless operation of a vehicle, driver must be licensed and stop sign violation, as well as a warrant from 15th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery.
Williams was booked into the St. Mary Parish jail, where he is being held without bond.
