Yogurtland launches limited-edition flavor in honor of ‘The Golden Girls’

FARMERS BRANCH (KDAF) — Yogurtland, the leading self-serve frozen yogurt brand, is celebrating four decades of laughter, sisterhood and sass with a special collaboration with Disney Entertainment Television to honor the 40^th anniversary of the beloved Emmy® Award-winning “The Golden Girls.” From now through Aug. 17, guests can indulge in “Thank you for Being Cheesecake” frozen yogurt topped with “Picture It… Cheesecake Bites” at participating Yogurtland locations while supplies last.

The smooth, creamy and, of course, golden treat is a nod to the popular dessert that the show’s beloved characters so often shared around their kitchen table.

In addition, as a tribute to friendship, froyo and fabulous flavor, Yogurtland will also offer an online-exclusive Golden Girls Fabulous 40 Cup featuring the “Thank you for Being Cheesecake” flavor topped with strawberries, chocolate chips, cheesecake bites and Fruity Pebbles cereal while supplies last.
